What you will be doing:
- Working within an exciting and fast-paced environment as a key member of our packing team.
- Ensuring the service we provide to our customers is of exceptional quality.
- Working in our high-risk area in a chilled environment.
- Following processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications.
- Working in a target-driven environment to achieve daily shift targets for quality, safety, and output.
- Working as a team and unsupervised.
- Having attention to detail.
- Conducting final quality checks before products are sent to customers.
What we are looking for:
- You are comfortable with handling and preparing food, ideally with experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- You are comfortable with standing for long periods, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
- You take pride in the quality of the products you produce.
- You are a great team player - respectful and appreciative towards our Greencore Family.
- You are friendly, honest, hardworking, and enjoy some fun at work.
- You have a basic understanding of health & safety and food hygiene (training will be given).
- You possess a good level of English and Maths.
