Greencore seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team after our recent integration with Bakkavor. You will partner with senior leaders and HR colleagues across IT, Central Technical & Central Engineering to shape recruitment strategies and build proactive talent pipelines. This role goes beyond filling vacancies; you’ll use market insight and data to influence decisions, run end-to-end recruitment, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
