What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the team to ensure that they pick and despatch the required products that can be delivered to our customers and distribution centres in a timely manner, consistently operating efficiently thus ensuring the quality and safety of food goods and compliance with legislative and group standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Being great with people is essential. In fact, this is the first thing we look for when we recruit a Greencore Colleague.
- You will need to be self-motivated and flexible, able to use your own initiative and be a good communicator at all levels.
- Experience of leading a team, and of working within or managing a picking operation would be an advantage.
- Sunday Night availability is crucial.
- FLT License preferred.
- Full UK driving license is essential.
- Own transport is a must due to the location of the site.
