Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 17:00 - 00:30

Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Working within an exciting and fast-paced environment as a key member of our production team.
  • Ensuring the service we provide to our customer is of exceptional quality.
  • Responsible for batching up ingredients from a recipe sheet and accurate recording of traceability information.
  • In control of use by dates of materials and recording of issues.
  • Handling of hot liquids with the required PPE.
  • Completing critical checks and filling out paperwork accurately.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Working as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Comfortable with handling, preparing food and ideally have experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods of time, lifting and carrying, as well as other tasks such as cleaning.
  • Pride in the quality of the products you produce.
  • A great team player - respectful and appreciative towards our Greencore Family.
  • Friendly, honest, and hardworking with a sense of fun at work!
  • Basic understanding of health & safety and food hygiene (training will be given).
  • Accurate set up of pasta machinery and making of mixes.
  • Running and monitoring of machinery.
  • Supplying pasta to the high-risk assembly department.
  • Good level of English and Maths.
