What you'll be doing:
- Working within an exciting and fast-paced environment as a key member of our high-risk team to ensure exceptional quality service to our customers.
- The role can be physically demanding with a good amount of pushing, pulling, and lifting involved.
- Work as part of a team in a chilled and noisy environment.
- Lead a team of people to achieve daily production goals.
- Use initiative for problem-solving and escalate appropriately.
- Follow instructions and work unsupervised, completing compliance checks.
- Have a keen eye for detail to ensure a right first-time approach.
- Work with manufacturing equipment.
- This role involves standing for long periods of time, working in a chilled environment, and wearing personal protective equipment.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers and check goods off against the delivery note.
- Check all goods into the order-wise system as a priority.
- Be familiar with all products and locations in the warehouse.
- Report shortages to the manager immediately.
- Be aware of minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure returned items are recorded correctly to maintain accurate stock levels.
