Shift Pattern: Monday till Friday, 17:00 - 00:30

Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within an exciting and fast-paced environment as a key member of our high-risk team to ensure exceptional quality service to our customers.
  • Leading a team to achieve daily production goals.
  • Using initiative for problem solving and escalating appropriately.
  • Following instructions and working unsupervised while completing compliance checks.
  • Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure a right first-time approach.
  • Working with manufacturing equipment and standing for long periods in a chilled environment while wearing personal protective equipment.
  • Receiving deliveries from suppliers and checking goods against the delivery note.
  • Checking all goods into the order wise system as a priority.
  • Being familiar with all products and locations in the warehouse.
  • Reporting shortages to the manager immediately.
  • Ensuring returned items are recorded correctly to maintain accurate stock levels.

What we’re looking for:

  • Hold a valid FLT Reach truck licence.
  • Confident and clear communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate others.
  • A commitment to self-development and developing others in your team.
  • A basic understanding of health and safety and environmental practices.
  • An understanding of the changing demands and pace of a manufacturing process.
  • Experience in delivering a production plan, meeting key performance indicators, and implementing improvements.
