Shift Information
- Shift Times: 4am start time.
- Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour plus £1.15 for any hours worked between 10pm and 6am.
- Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a rolling rest day.
- Workload: Approximately 20-30 drops per day.
- Overtime: Premium payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter. All routes are planned between 8 to 12 hours long.
Location
The Southampton distribution depot serves convenience retailers and forecourts in the region and operates a fleet of 35 vehicles on 36 routes.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver fresh stock daily as part of a nationwide team handling 3.5 million deliveries each year.
- Work five days per week, including mandatory Saturdays, with no Sunday work.
- Receive on‑the‑job training and partner with another team member at the start.
- Have the opportunity to progress within Greencore.
