Part‑time role – Monday to Wednesday (22.5 hours per week). We produce sushi for major retailers across the UK. In this role you will support the delivery of site complaints and microbiological systems, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of site complaints and microbiological systems and generate required information and reports.
- Collate and report compliance with complaints and microbiological systems to maintain audit readiness.
- Troubleshoot data capture system performance daily and develop new procedures to maintain data integrity.
- Allocate each customer complaint to the appropriate person, track progress and ensure timely resolution.
- Collate, analyse and present technical reports or answers to ad‑hoc questions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively manage the technical databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting reporting and forward planning.
- Update raw material information systems so the latest information is available for system interrogation.
- Attend business network meetings, internal forums and customer meetings to share results and analysis.
- Maintain key performance indicators for Greencore and customer central to support compliance and audit preparation.
Qualifications
- Degree level education with capability in Information Technology.
- Specialist knowledge of databases and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with large and complex data sets and advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proficient problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Knowledge of statistical process control techniques.
- High‑level written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in chilled food manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.
