Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in literacy and numeracy.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Holds or working towards Level 2 Food Safety and Health & Safety.
- HACCP and CCP knowledge or training.
- Understanding of allergen management, GMP, microbiological awareness.
- Strong documentation, communication, and auditing skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support continuous improvement.
- Positive attitude, detail-focused, and team-oriented.
- FMCG knowledge is advantageous, but full training is provided.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Good level of English is required (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of and/or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous.
