What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the Management Accounting activities for the site, providing insightful financial analysis and accurate reporting to support decision‑making across operations and commercial teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of site cost drivers and maintain accurate costing models.
  • Prepare, review and present costings for current and future product ranges, supporting NPD and EPD activity.
  • Oversee accurate setup and maintenance of standard costs.
  • Monitor, report and present KPIs, providing commentary and highlighting risks or opportunities.
  • Support forecasting processes and alignment with key stakeholders and Group requirements.
  • Deliver ad hoc modelling and analysis to support operational and commercial decisions.
  • Provide financial analysis for Capex proposals, including ROI validation.
  • Lead post‑capital reviews to assess project performance.
  • Act as site finance lead on minor project implementations.
  • Provide clear commentary on P&L movements and variances versus forecast and last year.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar management accounting role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confident working with data and producing insightful analysis.
  • Able to work at pace and meet deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently to drive actions.
  • Experience with Finance ERP systems (desirable).
  • ACCA/CIMA part‑or fully‑qualified (desirable).
