What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning Associate to join our site team and help deliver a high-quality learning experience across the business. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will support both compliance and development, helping employees build the skills, confidence and capability they need to succeed. You will play a key part in bringing learning to life – delivering engaging training, supporting on-the-job development, and working closely with teams across site.
- Supporting and maintaining compliance across site, in line with business and customer standards
- Delivering engaging training on the shop floor, in classrooms and through digital platforms
- Identifying learning needs and coordinating training to support site performance
- Working closely with Team Leaders and departments to ensure learning is relevant and timely
- Supporting “train the trainer” activity to create consistent, high-quality onboarding and development
- Assessing competence in key areas (including SOPs and CCPs)
- Using data and insight to track progress and improve learning outcomes
- Supporting problem-solving and root cause analysis when issues arise
