What you will be doing:
- Assemble and prepare sandwich boxes with care, ensuring product quality and accurate use-by dates are checked and maintained
- Palletise finished products by stacking boxes correctly and securely to meet shipping standards
- Operate despatch machinery including belt machines, ice printers, and sealing tape machines safely and efficiently
- Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and within deadlines, ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the Production Department to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues promptly
- Adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
What we are looking for:
- Physically fit to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills (maths and English) essential for accurate packaging and documentation
- Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not required — full on-the-job training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
