Hours of work: The role will be both office & factory based to gain hands-on experience on all aspects of supply chain. Standard hours are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm. Dependent on role and site, you may be based in a factory setting for a large proportion of your day and may in future be required to move onto a relevant shift pattern.
Contract Type: FTC with a guaranteed role on successful completion of the apprenticeship

What you’ll be doing:
- Expected Duration: 2.5 Years
- Apprenticeship Level: Advanced Level 3 - Supply chain practitioner (fast moving consumer goods)
- Training Provider: UNIVERSITY OF LINCOLN
- You can expect to attain a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner standard
- Training will be a mix of Block and Day release
- You will also take part in a soft skills development programme.
At the end of your programme, if you have successfully completed your apprenticeship and achieved the performance targets we have set for you, you are guaranteed a permanent role with us. Supply Chain Practitioners could progress to management or specialist roles within the company.
What to expect:
With us, production never stops, we need to plan, manufacture and deliver onto shelves as quickly as possible, and our Supply Chain is a crucial part of this. Our Supply Chain Apprentices will receive hands-on training in our end-to-end supply chain process. You will learn how to prioritise the flow of products and solve day-to-day problems. You will learn how to use continuous improvement techniques to improve performance in the FMCG supply chain. You will learn about stock control and logistics. You will work closely with other areas of the business such as Manufacturing, Development, Finance and Procurement so require good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for detail-oriented people who are great communicators and well organised, with strong problem-solving skills. You should enjoy being customer-focused whilst also dealing with stakeholders, have a logical approach, and feel comfortable working as part of a team. Patience, initiative, and a proactive attitude are also important.
With regards to requirements, you must have full right to work within the U.K., have been a U.K. resident for over the past 3 years & the age requirement is 16+
For qualifications you must hold the following: GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths + three others (Grade 9-4 or A*-C) essential.
