Greencore Group plc is seeking a hands-on Product Developer to create and evolve the M&S Italian Ready Meals range. You will develop new recipes, manage costing, and ensure products meet cost, weight and nutrition targets, while collaborating with chefs and the commercial team.
You will lead feasibility reviews, input data into systems, and present concepts to stakeholders, driving quality, sustainability and scalable production. A driving licence is desirable.
