We’re a vibrant, fast-paced food manufacturer employing 13,300 colleagues across 16 manufacturing units and 17 distribution depots in the UK. Role:

As a Portfolio Executive at Greencore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio and collaborating with passionate teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Project Master Plan to keep our product pipeline moving, ensuring transparency and accuracy in product tracking.
  2. Coordinate critical processes such as IBP and ITP meetings, capturing outcomes and driving actions forward.
  3. Apply our Stage and Gate process to ensure products meet timelines and exceed expectations.
  4. Analyze and refine the product portfolio, challenging underperforming products to improve profitability and efficiency.
  5. Support all duties in the absence of the Portfolio Manager to ensure continuity of BAU processes, reporting, communication, and escalation.
