What you'll be doing

As a

Production Operative , you'll work as part of our Production team helping to make and pack our food products.

This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll work together with your team to make sure products are made safely, on time and to the right quality.

Your duties will include

  • Working on the production line.
  • Preparing, handling and packing food products.
  • Checking products meet the correct quality standards.
  • Following instructions from your Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Making sure the correct equipment and PPE are used.
  • Following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
  • Reporting any problems or concerns to your Team Leader.
  • Working together with your team to meet production targets.
  • Moving between different tasks or areas when needed.
  • Completing simple checks and paperwork when required.

Previous factory experience isn't essential as full training will be provided.
