What you'll be doing
As a
Production Operative , you'll work as part of our Production team helping to make and pack our food products.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you'll work together with your team to make sure products are made safely, on time and to the right quality.
Your duties will include
- Working on the production line.
- Preparing, handling and packing food products.
- Checking products meet the correct quality standards.
- Following instructions from your Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Making sure the correct equipment and PPE are used.
- Following Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Keeping your work area clean and tidy.
- Reporting any problems or concerns to your Team Leader.
- Working together with your team to meet production targets.
- Moving between different tasks or areas when needed.
- Completing simple checks and paperwork when required.

Previous factory experience isn't essential as full training will be provided.
