Nights - Wednesday to Saturday 17:30pm - 03:30am

Pay Rate - £15.70 per hour

What you'll be doing

As a Hygiene Senior Operator, you will be responsible for leading the team as well as hands-on cleaning all resources of the factory in all areas, maintaining high quality hygiene standards and following Greencore practices in regards to cleanliness. Duties of this role include:

  • Cleaning equipment and production areas
  • Reporting on stocks to aid the Hygiene Team Leader in keeping all areas fully stocked with relevant equipment and cleaning products
  • Equipment and production areas cleaned to the required standard and to schedule
  • Using cleaning products at correct dilutions to ensure safe and efficient use
  • Discretion at all times (will be required to work in areas containing private and confidential information)
  • Working safely, conforming to all health and safety procedures
  • Completion of required paperwork
  • Regular communication with Hygiene Team Leader as required

Full training will be provided if successful in this role but are looking for the following knowledge and experience:

  • Team management experience ideal
  • Experience working in a Hygiene based role is essential
  • Health & Safety Level 2
  • Food Safety Level 2
  • COSHH Awareness
  • Must be willing to learn and train in different areas on site
  • Must be able to follow written instructions
  • Must have a good eye for detail to achieve the inspection and cleanliness standards required
  • Must be able to work on own for periods of time
