Internship Overview
GreenCap Partners' internship programme offers high exposure to live German‑market transactions within a collaborative, high‑impact environment. It serves as a pipeline for full‑time junior hires.
You will:
- Support senior bankers on ongoing German‑focused M&A and capital raising mandates
- Help prepare pitchbooks, client presentations, and transaction materials
- Develop and operate financial models and valuations
- Conduct in‑depth research on German companies, sectors, policy drivers (e.g., battery storage, solar, wind), and the evolving energy transition landscape
