Position Summary
The Project Delivery Coordinator sits within the Operations Department and reports to the Head of Operations. The role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of GreenBlue Urban solutions from receipt of contract through to project completion and handover.
Working closely with the management team, contractors and suppliers, the Project Delivery Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including project documentation, procurement, scheduling, logistics, compliance and commercial support, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate the delivery of GreenBlue Urban solutions from receipt of contract through to completion and handover.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress against agreed programmes and milestones.
- Coordinate project handovers and close-out documentation.
- Ensure all project information is maintained in accordance with company procedures.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Assist in the preparation and management of Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
- Coordinate construction and compliance documentation.
- Compile completion reports and project handover documentation.
- Prepare Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
- Ensure all project documentation complies with company and client requirements.
- Support contractor on boarding and compliance requirement
Commercial & Procurement Support
- Coordinate procurement activities, material ordering and supplier deliveries.
- Maintain stock records and support inventory management where required.
- Manage projects using Pryme, Business Central and CRM
Planning & Financial Support
- Coordinate project schedules, deliveries and logistics.
- Support project programming and progress reporting.
- Assist with monitoring project budgets, costs and profitability.
- Contribute to project financial reporting and project P&L tracking.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in a project coordination role within construction, engineering or a related industry.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of project delivery processes and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Desirable
- Knowledge of RAMS, CPP and O&M documentation.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotations or commercial proposals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain coordination.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction compliance.
