Due to continued growth, North Park Logistics (NPL) is looking for an experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our growing team.

We are a family-run logistics and haulage business based in Bodiam, East Sussex, providing transport services to customers across the UK.

Our work covers a wide range of general haulage and logistics requirements, meaning no two days are necessarily the same.

The Role

  • Predominantly driving HGV Class 2 vehicles
  • General haulage and nationwide deliveries
  • UK-wide work, including the Home Counties and further afield
  • Loading and unloading as required
  • Nights out and occasional weekend work when required
  • Ensuring loads are safely secured and transported
  • Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
  • Maintaining a professional relationship with customers
  • Working in accordance with drivers' and working time hours, tachograph and transport regulations

Requirements

  • Valid Category C / Class 2 HGV licence
  • Valid Driver CPC / DQC
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • Previous HGV driving experience
  • Good knowledge of UK roads and transport regulations
  • Reliable, flexible and professional approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Class 1 (C+E) licence would be an advantage but is not essential
