The candidate will have worked at a city, national or large regional or US law firm with a recognised property practice. In addition:Superior drafting skills and negotiation skillsAbility to understand complex legal principles and apply them accordinglyExcellent communication skills, both written and oralEffective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.Demonstrate ability to confidently interact with clients and actively seek new business development opportunitiesAbility to demonstrate a flexible and hands-on attitude, responding effectively to rapidly changing circumstances.Excellent team player and strong interpersonal skills.Demonstrate a positive attitude and be a role model for the teamExcellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressureDemonstrate the ability to manage simultaneous workstreams to tight deadlinesExcellent prioritisation and time management skillsFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environmentQualifications: Undergraduate degree achieving a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent. xsabvtc
