Key Responsibilities
- Assisting our Customer Care Team with administrative requirements, handling calls and logging queries.
- Providing administrative assistance including data entry, filing within our Operations, Billing, Accounts, and Legal Teams.
- Handling general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements & Personal Attributes
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
- A competent level of computer literacy across multiple platforms and programmes. You must be able to draft clear emails and speak confidently on the phone.
- A high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- A willingness to undertake training and grow within the role.
Education & Qualifications
- Minimum: Nat5 English & Maths or equivalent.
- Preferred: Administration Qualification or equivalent evidenced experience.
