We’re on the lookout for a proactive Metering Administrator to join a growing team in Bury.

🕒 Working hours: 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm with flextime.
💷 Salary: Up to £28,000 + bonus + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of meter and AMR installations, exchanges, removals and updates
- Ensure accurate sourcing and updating of Meter Asset Manager (MAM) data
- Identify and resolve meter/AMR data discrepancies promptly
- Handle industry meter reading rejections and ensure timely resolutions
- Liaise with metering partners, suppliers, customers and internal teams to resolve queries
- Support smart and AMR meter rollout strategy
- Coordinate with metering agencies to request or re-sync devices within SLAs
- Ensure accurate and timely meter reading submissions to the industry
- Process industry data flows and maintain accurate supply point records
- Deliver high levels of service to support operational and sales functions
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports

It’d be great if you also have:
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience in an energy supplier operations role
- Familiarity with third-party agents like MAMs or MOPs
- Advanced Excel skills
