Full Time | Temporary

Start date: 3rd August 2026

Working hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week). Rotational shifts every two weeks: 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

As a Patient Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients experiencing musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, helping guide them through their care journey and ensuring they receive the support, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment they need. At Cora Healthcare, the focus is on making patient care as straightforward and accessible as possible by providing one dedicated point of contact close to home.

The Role

You'll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional, and supportive experience over the telephone. You'll listen carefully to patient needs, answer queries, and ensure every interaction is handled with empathy and efficiency.
