Your Day-to-Day

  • Take inbound calls from customers with fraud concerns
  • Investigate suspicious transactions and raise fraud cases
  • Help customers keep their accounts safe
  • Support with everyday banking queries
  • Assist vulnerable customers with care and empathy
  • Take ownership of issues and resolve them quickly

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ UK financial services experience
  • Customer service or contact centre background
  • Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and decision‑making skills
  • Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
  • Motivated, proactive and solution-focused

Training & Working Pattern

  • 2 weeks’ on‑site training in Glasgow (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
  • First 3 months office-based
  • Hybrid options available after probation
  • Rotational shifts between 10:00 – 23:00, Monday–Sunday
  • Health & wellbeing support (GP, mental health, financial advice)
