Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Head Office based in Gateshead)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £25,238 per annum
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in promotional marketing and customer engagement, delivering award-winning promotional campaigns for some of the world's most recognised brands. We are looking for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is fluent in both Welsh and English and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer calls and emails in both Welsh and English, providing prompt and professional support.
- Managing customer queries efficiently using multiple systems and dual screens.
- Processing customer registrations and promotional claims accurately.
- Keeping customers updated and providing guidance on promotional campaigns.
- Resolving enquiries effectively and escalating complex issues when required.
- Maintaining accurate records and meeting service level and quality standards.
- Delivering every interaction with professionalism, empathy and excellent customer care.
- Adapting quickly to campaign processes and supporting colleagues as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Native-level spoken and written Welsh and English.
- Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and customer management systems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work efficiently across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
