Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor based in Durham. Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? We’re working with a fantastic client based in the heart of Durham to hire Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis — with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right person.
Provide exceptional customer care while using various internal systems. A positive, flexible attitude is required — shifts will vary Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm. Various shift patterns are available, including a 4-day workweek! Both full-time (37 hours/week) and part-time (27.5 hours/week) options are offered.
Previous customer service experience is a big plus, but not essential as full paid training is provided! This is an office-based role in central Durham. Successful applicants must pass a credit check and DBS check.
