Job Description We have an excellent opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Preston on a temporary ongoing basis. Starting hourly rate of £11.44 increasing to £12.30 after working 12 weeks, with immediate start dates available! Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role. The position is full time office-based, with shift patterns Monday – Friday between 8am – 6pm. Successful applicants will be required to handle inbound calls, providing appropriate information to customers, processing customer requests, and updating records. You will work on numerous internal systems and provide outstanding customer service. All successful applicants must be able to successfully pass a credit check and DBS check.
