Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? We’re working with a fantastic client based in the heart of Durham,to hireCustomer Service Advisorson a temporary ongoing basis — with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right person.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer care while using various internal systems.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, flexible attitude —shifts will vary Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.
- Various shift patterns available, including a 4-day workweek!
- Both full-time (37 hours/week) and part-time (27.5 hours/week) options.
- Previous customer service experience is a big plus, but not essential as full paid training is provided!
Additional Info:
- This is an office-based role in central Durham.
- Successful applicants must pass a credit check and DBS check.
