We are seeking an Interim Compliance Manager who has experience of managing the “Big6” areas of Compliance within a Social Housing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is an established Interim to ensure all residents are safe and the “big6” areas are 100% compliant.
Role Profile
- Manage all areas of the “big6”, ensuring plans are in place to meet compliance.
- Ensure that actions are managed, assigned within the business and completed to timescales.
- Manage administrators to ensure excellent record keeping and reporting is maintained.
- Ensure contracts are procured and managed to provide excellent customer service.
- Dealing with or escalating performance issues where necessary.
- Provide monthly progress reports on your compliance areas, including performance, KPI’s, programme, quality assurance and resident feedback where appropriate.
- Ensure that compliance contracts run within budgets, timescales and always to current H&S legislation.
- Input into external and internal audit processes.
