An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-driven Asset Data Administrator to join a highly regarded organisation operating across the property and social housing sector. This role sits within a busy Asset Management team, supporting the management of a large and diverse property portfolio. If you enjoy working with data, systems, and processes, and want to play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, organised and meaningful, this could be the perfect next step.
You’ll act as an important link between teams including Asset Management, Finance, IT and Transactions, helping ensure that asset records are maintained to a high standard and that key operational data supports effective decision-making. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the Worcester office.
The Role:
As Asset Data Administrator, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support across asset management systems and records. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and updating property asset data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of asset management systems and databases
- Validating asset information including condition surveys, compliance records and planned works data
- Maintaining records such as tenancy information, lease details and inspection documentation
- Processing and tracking asset-related documentation including acquisitions, disposals and lease variations
- Producing regular reports and dashboards to support operational and compliance monitoring
- Supporting data cleansing projects, identifying and correcting errors or gaps
- Working with internal teams to ensure asset records remain aligned across systems
- Assisting colleagues with data processes, templates and system usage
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, analytical and comfortable working with data.
Essential:
- Experience in an administrative, data or coordinator role
- Experience in a similar role in social housing
- Knowledge of asset compliance
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with different teams
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
