We’re seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to lead Latent Defect Projects with a particular focus on cladding. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver latent defect projects with a focus on cladding remediation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance to achieve value for money.
- Provide excellent front-line customer service, ensuring residents are informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend evening and occasional weekend meetings to update residents and stakeholders (essential part of the role).
