Key Responsibilities
- Communal area inspections
- Handling property condition queries
- Property viewings
- Tenancy audits
- Handling enquires and visiting residents regarding neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, etc
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social housing
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for service delivery.
- Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel) and ideally QL
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
