We’re working with a respected social housing provider to recruit an enthusiastic Resident Services Officer – the first point of contact for residents and a vital part of the customer experience. 🔍 The Role As a Resident Services Officer, you’ll be the go-to contact for residents, visitors, and contractors – whether it\’s via phone, email, webchat, or in person. You’ll take ownership of repairs requests, coordinate works, and ensure issues are followed through efficiently and effectively. Your role will blend customer service, admin, coordination, and housing knowledge.
