The Role: We are seeking a Regional Surveyor to oversee the condition, maintenance and long-term suitability of a diverse residential property portfolio across the South of England and Wales. This is a home-based role with extensive travel, offering the opportunity to make a real difference to residents by ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. You will play a key role within the Property Services team, managing maintenance and repair works, undertaking stock condition surveys, supporting planned investment programmes, and providing professional property advice. The role also involves building strong relationships with residents to understand their ongoing housing needs and ensure properties continue to meet their requirements.
