- What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering strategies to increase resident engagement, especially among secure tenants whose voices are currently underrepresented.
- Supporting resident involvement in building safety, major works and other key housing projects.
- Measuring and reporting on engagement impact, reach and diversity.
- Helping to establish new resident groups and strengthen existing ones.
- Assisting resident representatives to access external funding opportunities.
- Organising community‑building activities and events.
- Producing engaging communications and publicity materials, including social media content.
- Acting as budget holder for TRA funding.
- Coordinating engagement and communications for continuation ballots.
- Promoting and increasing membership across the resident community.
