Key Responsibilities
- Tenancy sustainment
- Handling property condition queries
- Handling no access cases
- Tenancy audits
- Handling enquiries and visiting residents regarding neighbourhood disputes, untidy gardens, etc
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in social housing
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with a passion for service delivery.
- Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Excel) and ideally QL
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- A clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
