We’re recruiting for a South London based charity, who support residents with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. They’re looking for a supported housing officer to support tenants, to sustain their tenancies. The role will involve providing support to tenants in the Lewisham, Wandsworth & Southwark areas, so a driver with access to their own car is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with local authorities
  • Visiting tenants and supporting them to sustain their tenancies
  • Sending out rent letters and handling tenant arrears
  • Liaising with tenants and staff
  • Low level ASB

You will bring:

  • In-depth knowledge of the social housing sector
  • Experience of supporting tenants with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs
  • A driving license and access to a car
