We’re recruiting for a South London based charity, who support residents with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs. They’re looking for a supported housing officer to support tenants, to sustain their tenancies. The role will involve providing support to tenants in the Lewisham, Wandsworth & Southwark areas, so a driver with access to their own car is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with local authorities
- Visiting tenants and supporting them to sustain their tenancies
- Sending out rent letters and handling tenant arrears
- Liaising with tenants and staff
- Low level ASB
