We’re recruiting on behalf of a South-East based organisation for an experienced Performance & Business Analyst who can strengthen performance reporting, improve data quality, and support service improvement through robust analysis and process redesign.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in helping Housing Services understand how they’re performing and where improvements can be made. Working closely with operational managers and senior leaders, you’ll develop meaningful KPIs, build insightful dashboards, and provide clear analysis that drives better outcomes for residents. Your work will directly support regulatory compliance, strategic decision-making, and the redesign of business processes across high-priority areas such as repairs, voids, and damp & mould.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports for managers, leadership teams, committees, and regulators.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead on KPI development and monitoring across Housing Services.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all performance reporting, including TSMs and regulatory submissions.
- Contribute to the development of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
- Map and redesign business processes, documenting as-is and supporting the creation of to-be processes.
- Support system changes through data mapping and user acceptance testing.
- Present analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
