The Role: We are seeking a Property Manager to support investment decisions, manage stock condition data, identify development opportunities, and assist in the delivery of repairs and maintenance services. Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Management
- Lead the development and delivery of the Asset Management Strategy.
- Oversee stock condition surveys and use data to inform long term investment planning.
- Carry out option appraisals across assets to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Develop and manage planned investment programmes aligned to business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Support sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives, including identifying funding opportunities.
