Permanent Role Salary: £55,000 per annum + £1,680 Car Allowance Hybrid Working Pattern The Role: We are seeking an Asset Investment Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of asset investment programmes across a residential property portfolio. Reporting into the Asset Management function, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset intelligence, managing stock condition programmes, and shaping long-term investment priorities. This role combines asset management, data analysis, investment planning and programme monitoring, helping to ensure investment decisions are evidence-based, deliver value for money and support long-term sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: * Manage stock condition data, asset performance information and component lifecycle records. * Oversee stock condition survey programmes and ensure data quality and accuracy. * Support the development of planned investment and component replacement programmes. * Monitor EPC information and support energy efficiency, retrofit and sustainability initiatives. * Produce asset performance reports, KPI data and management information to support decision-making. * Work closely with operational teams, consultants and contractors to coordinate investment activity. * Support programme forecasting, budget planning and contractor performance monitoring. * Lead on improving asset data quality, governance and reporting systems. * Manage and support a Business Analyst, ensuring effective reporting and asset intelligence outputs. What We're Looking For: * Experience in asset management, planned investment, stock condition surveying or asset data management. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret property and performance data. * Experience managing stock condition information and investment planning processes. * Understanding of component lifecycle planning, EPC management and sustainability programmes. * Experience working with housing, asset management or property systems. * Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to produce clear management information, forecasts and KPI reporting. Qualifications Required: * Qualification in Asset Management, Building Surveying, Construction, Property, Data Analysis or a related discipline. * Professional membership with RICS, CIOB or a similar professional body is desirable. * Evidence of continued professional development within asset management, property services or data management.
