Permanent Role Salary: 55,000 per annum + 1,680 Car Allowance Hybrid Working Pattern The Role: We are seeking an Asset Investment Manager to support the planning, coordination and delivery of asset investment programmes across a residential property portfolio. Reporting into the Asset Management function, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset intelligence, managing stock condition programmes, and shaping long-term investment priorities. This role combines asset management, data analysis, investment planning and programme monitoring, helping to ensure investment decisions are evidence-based, deliver value for money and support long-term sustainability goals.
