Asset's approach to statutory compliance, planned works delivery and asset intelligence. Acting as the lead officer for property compliance and building safety, you will ensure all landlord responsibilities are met, risks are well managed and investment decisions are evidence based, delivering safe homes and value for money. The role includes line management responsibility and regular reporting to senior leadership and the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance year planned works programmes.
  • Ensure investment decisions are data led, cost effective and aligned with stock condition intelligence.
  • Oversee procurement, contract management and contractor performance.
  • Manage compliance and capital programme budgets.
