We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-time Montessori Teacher or Forest School Practitioner with (minimum Level 2/3 EYFS qualification) to join our team from November 2026 or January 2027 Who We’re Looking For: A Montessori Qualification or a level 3 Forest School qualification with an EYFS level 2/3 is highly preferred. An experienced Level 3 Forest School Leader looking to do an level2/3 EYFS apprenticeship also very welcome! A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and a love for child-led learning. Right to Work in the UK. A creative, energetic, and self-motivated approach to teaching. A passion for outdoor education and encouraging children to explore, discover, and grow. What We Offer: Monday to Friday schedule (8:15 am – 1.30 pm) or Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays (8.00am – 5.30pm) to include the after School clubs. Opportunities to lead or support our Forest Club, working with local primary children in exciting outdoor learning experiences. Support for further Montessori/Forest School training and career development. Paid DBS check (annual £16 contribution for the Update Service). A welcoming, supportive, and community-driven team. There is an option to join the Company pension scheme. Casual dress code – because comfort matters when you’re exploring the great outdoors! Fun and engaging social events throughout the year. Salary and hours negotiable. Salary will be above NMW. Paid overtime. Training is provided; holiday entitlement will be pro rata..
