Primary Goals
The Executive DRM’s primary goal is to ensure Green Tomato Cars has the required numbers of high-quality rental and PAYE Executive drivers available to satisfy customer demands.
To this end, the Executive DRM will be responsible for generating and converting prospects/leads into drivers joining our fleet – and will have direct budgetary involvement in driver recruitment. The DRM will also on-board drivers to ensure they are able to deliver first class customer service from the moment the driver starts work.
The reactivation of any lost/dormant drivers will be a key feature in meeting monthly and annual targets – and is therefore rewarded on the same basis as new recruits.
Key Responsibilities
Making arrangements for the advertisement of driver vacancies
Organising and scheduling interviews/selection events
On-boarding of drivers as well as testing their customer service and driving competence
Responsible for the registration and (re)activation of drivers
Reactivation of dormant/lost drivers
Liaising with fleet colleagues to ensure cars are available for drivers
Continuously improve the effectiveness of processes from a driver recruitment and commercial perspective
Understand marketplace developments and their impact upon GTC’s offer to drivers
Education and Experience

£60,000 – £75,000 OTE (£55,000 basic + commission on all drivers recruited / reactivated)
