About the role: To perform lawn treatments including fertilisation, weed control, moss control throughout the year. Other duties involve scarification, aeration, reseeding and a variety of disease or pest control treatments in addition to hard surface cleaning & weedkill applications. Interaction with customers, assisting with queries, taking and being responsible for payments collected. Recommend treatments that enhance customers' lawns or hard surfaces and explain the benefits of such treatments. Accurate completion of work schedule via a phone app system. Clear interaction with office staff to ensure accurate provision of service. Upselling additional treatments to current customers and recruitment of new customers for which additional bonuses are available. A van will be provided for your use. You are expected to keep this van tidy and reasonably clean.
Essential Requirements:
- Full driving license
- Friendly outgoing disposition ideally from a customer facing background
- Physically fit
- Well organized
- Reliable
- Ability to work solely or as part of a team
Preferred (but not essential): PA1 & PA6 Pesticide application qualification.
