You will be joining our friendly and highly motivated Island team, working to bring the best results to our customers.
What does the role of Lawn Operative involve?
As a Lawn Operative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of professional service to customers across the island. You will attend customers' lawns to administer lawn treatments, offering advice, help and spotting any additional needs that may be resolved to help build a beautiful lawn. You will be working outside across all seasons so service with a smile whatever the weather is key, as is maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times. We pride ourselves on not only superb results but superb service.
What do I need to be considered for this vacancy?
- Full valid, clean UK driving licence
- PA1/6 qualifications ideal but not essential
- Superb communication and listening skills
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to proactively manage your own workload
- Comfortable to work independently and part of a team in all weathers
- Any similar garden/lawn/maintenance related experience ideal but not essential as full training provided
