As a Lawn Operative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of professional service to customers across your treatment area. You will attend customer lawns to administer the lawn treatment, after which you will notify the customer when their next treatment is due and bring any lawn issues you may have identified to their attention, offering advice on any additional treatments which may be required.
You will be working outside across all seasons so service with a smile is key, as is maintaining a professional and smart appearance at all times – the little details make the biggest impressions!

What will I receive in return?
As a Lawn Operative your starting salary will be £20,660 plus a monthly bonus based on the square meterage of lawn treated that month. Starting salary may be higher, which will depend on relevant experience and PA1/6 qualifications. You will also be provided with a company van and uniform and a starting holiday allowance of 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing by each year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days).
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week normally between Monday – Friday, with some evening and weekend work at peak times.
Location: London, Hertford, Harlow, Enfield and surrounding areas, where you will be visiting customers at their homes in the region.
