Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant located in Birmingham, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their energy needs, provide tailored consulting on renewable energy solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients, delivering presentations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth transitions through the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions and a passion for sustainability is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role is beneficial
  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Sustainability, or a related field is preferred
