  • Prototype Support: Assist the design and development team with prototype testing and development guidance.
  • Equipment Assembly: Build, maintain, and optimise test rigs and associated systems.
  • Problem Solving: Lead fault and failure analysis, offering alternative solutions using methodologies like 8D processes.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively refine testing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

About You

We are seeking a skilled Test, Prototype, or Development Engineer with a strong foundation in automotive or EV technology. The ideal candidate will thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven R&D testing experience in prototypes, components, or systems.
